Returns

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at support@lilly-baby.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

Refunds

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
